Matt is a hardworking and self-motivated individual, bringing a professional and results focused philosophy to every session while going the extra mile for clients and athletes from building muscle to losing stubborn body fat or optimising performance.
Graduated with a BSc degree in Sports Science and Coaching and holds other qualifications with British Weightlifting, National Certification in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC), Advanced Nutritionist for Weight Management & Physical Performance, Kettlebell & Suspension Movement Instructor.
Matt has over 4 years experience coaching with Chelsea FC in the UK and overseas having worked with Chelsea Ladies in their FA WSL Premier League and FA Cup winning season in 2015 and also Strength and Conditioning with Wasps Rugby Junior Academy.
Now focused on working with a range of individual athletes in a variety of sports currently including Rugby, Football, Boxing, Mixed Material Arts and Cricket.
Areas of specialty include developing strength, speed, power, and conditioning while focusing on mobility and injury prevention.
