On-boarding
Once signed up you’ll receive our on-boarding questionaire via email. It’s very easy to fill in and simply hit the ‘submit’ button and it will be shared with us
Program
Carry out overhead squat assessment and share your video with us to analyse.
Optionally Carry out comprehensive performancetesting protocol to obtain baseline data.
This information will then be shared with our team of doctors to analyse and begin to build your plan. We recommend re-testing every 16 weeks to monitor our progress.
EXPLORE RESOURCES
You’ll receive access to our modular based Performance Optimisation course which will be drip fed throughout your time with us. On our app you’ll be able to access PDF’s on key subjects like sleep optimisation, nutrition plans and much more via the ‘documents’ section, simply hit Account > Documents
RECEIVE PHASE 1 PROGRAMS
After submitting the questionnaire, we will prepare your Phase 1 programs within 72 hours.
You will be notified by your coach via the True Coach app when your programs are ready. You will receive a Loom recording from the coaching team explaining your programs & goals for Phase 1.
JOIN WHATSAPP
We ask you to please keep all communication with the team in our WhatsApp group and your True Coach account, this will allow us to serve you best and ensure nothing gets missed.
RECEIVE FEEDBACK
Share training videos via the WhatsApp group or the True Coach app. The Perform365 Team will provide technical feedback & guidance as needed.
Performance Testing Protocol
Track your intake on MyFitnessPal or other app for 7 days to identify your existing nutritional intake and upload to the habit tracker found on our True Coach app.
MONITOR WEIGHT & COMPOSITION
Take our initial scale weight in a fasted state & upload information to True Coach. Record your weight on the same day, same scales, & same time of day each week. Carry out a Dexa scan or In-body test every 12-16 weeks.
Performance Testing Protocol
Our Performance Nutritionist team will be in contact to arrange your strategy call where we’ll set you up with your daily calorie and nutrition targets. Attend monthly Zoom meetings with Dan Lawrence & Head of Nutrition Dr. James Morehen.
COMPLETE WORKOUTS
After completing your workouts, add the weights & notes on the app. Click on ‘Completed workout' to notify the team of completion and we can view and feedback if and when necessary.
ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK IN’S
Every Sunday, you’ll I’ll receive your weekly check in form. This will be sent as a private message to you on True Coach.

Our bloodwork specialist Dr. Peadar will identify where you may be deficient in certain areas and we can add these foods or additional supplementation into your diet to ensure you wake up each day with renewed energy and focus.
